Event Details
Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient health exercises for regulating the body, mind and breath.
Slow mindful movements that balance the flow of Qi (Chi) throughout the body to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Please bring your own hat, sunscreen and water bottle and wear flat shoes with good grip (the event is in a shaded part of the garden, but you will still need to walk through the gardens to access the lawn where the program takes place)

Cost: FREE in celebration of the BGANZ (Botanic Gardens week)
