School Term only
This yoga class (provided by Zenko Yoga) is designed for children aged 5-11 and will explore themed yoga poses, fun yoga games, calm breathing, heartfelt affirmations and a guided relaxation.
These classes will provide calming strategies to help children center and connect to themselves and the world around them.
During our Term Time Offerings - each week will be a different theme so that no two classes are the same.
Please make sure to bring a yoga mat for your child.
Parents and carers are welcome to stay and watch or to wait downstairs in the garden (so that you are close by if your child needs to use the bathroom).
