Power Flow Yoga - Thursdays 5-6pm - $10
Did you know we have Community Yoga at Zenko Noosa every Thursday . This class is a $10 donation (or is included in your Zenko Yoga Membership) and open to anyone and everyone! A strong, accessible flow open to all levels - whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a regular practice
If you know someone who needs yoga or is interested in giving it a go, encourage them to come along, we would love to see you there. Please note min age is 13yrs. STYLE: Vinyasa / Slow Flow SUITABLE FOR: All levels
Gentle Flow Yoga - Thursdays 6.15-7.15pm - $10
A slower, softer flow suitable for all levels and perfect for unwinding.
Parking for the studio is in the surrounding streets, not in the Acres Car Park.
